jetting valve controller VC1410

The VC1410 controller allows synchronous changes of the dispensing parameters on the DV-6210 piezo-actuated jetting valve. Adjustable pulse times in the millisecond range allow droplet diameters of a few hundred micrometres and dispensing volumes from approx. 0.5 nanolitres per shot. User-defined cycle counters allow monitoring and control of media consumption and wear on the nozzle and plunger. A real-time clock provides the event timestamp for traceable process control.

The VC1410 control unit is designed for installation in 19'' racks. For operation directly at the workplace, we offer special housings on request.
