The digital control device VC1260 allows precise control of spray valves. It controls the compressed air used to open and close the valve, as well as pressurized air used to atomize the material at the spray jet. The air pressure used to atomize the material is adjustable. Three different time intervals can be set: pre-, main- and post-spray time. These adjustments ensure that a clean spray pattern is generated and no material clings to the nozzle.
