Gantry Robot F9800N

The F9800N gantry robot makes it possible to integrate dispensing applications into an automated production process. With its high flexibility, the dispensing robot is ideally suited for use in conveyor systems or system cells. All dispensing applications that extend over a large area/volume can be well solved with the F9800N protal robot. This multi-axis dispensing robot is ideally suited for conveyor-driven applications, as is the case with solar modules, for example. A major advantage is that all moving axes are above the workstation, allowing it to travel above the workpiece. This is important for applications where the workpiece should not move during the dispensing process.

The F9800N gantry robot has a working area of 800 x 600 mm. Extensive dispensing equipment can be accommodated on the large Z-axis. Additional systems can be easily integrated via the inputs and outputs. The servo motor driven ball screws allow closed loop operation. Its robust aluminum structure prevents vibration and offers a compact design. All axes are interpolated, ensuring continuous dispensing material application at all times.

Programming:
The teach box included in the scope of delivery is available for programming. The software is executable under Windows®XP / Windows®7 (Windows® software optional) and was developed especially for dispensing applications. It enables fast and uncomplicated programming of the dispensing robots of the F9000N series. Even complex dispensing structures can be implemented quickly.
