The peristaltic pump PPD-130A is excellently suited for dispensing without air. This offers advantages for materials such as cyanoacrylates, UV acrylates, solvents and other low-viscosity media. The dispensing times can be set digitally from 0.01 - 99.99 seconds. Thus the flow rate of 0.01 - 6 ml/min is sufficient when using PTFE hoses. The pump also offers the function of automatic material retraction. After the dispensing cycle, the material can be retracted in a defined manner to prevent dripping. Maintenance and cleaning of the system are problem-free. The medium does not come into contact with the system itself. The hose can be emptied by reversing the pump direction.
