The preeflow® eco-DUO300 is a pressure-tight 2K conveying system which consists of a rotor in a self-sealing stator for each mixing component. The controlled revolution of the rotor displaces the fluid or paste in the stator. Conveying without modification to material properties of the fluid is guaranteed. As conveying can also take place in reverse for a suck-back effect, preeflow® eco-DUO provide a clean, controlled fluid break-off without any dripping.
The "DC version" is a further development of the standard system. The rotors of the two screw conveyors are equipped with a so-called "Diamond Coated" coating which guarantees a longer service life - especially with filled materials. In addition, the stators (blue version - VisLas material) are also optimized for filled media. This version is the highest quality version of the eco-DUO 2k mixing system.
