The QC-100 quality monitoring system facilitates the acquisition and evaluation of pressure signals from up to two sensors and provides the operator with immediate detailed information about the quality of the dispensing process.
The measured pressure curves with their respective tolerances and limits are displayed on the unit’s touch screen.
Evaluation of up to two sensors
With the pressure sensor flowplus16, input pressure fluctuations or dynamic pressure curves can be evaluated at the point of the dispensing needle, shortly before the material is applied - where reproducibility and repeatability is are important.
The parameters for time (1 to 999 sec.) as well as for pressure (0 to 40 bar) can be freely configured and displayed.
Saving time when changing parts
Internal storage capability allows up to five of these evaluation ranges to be stored. Within a dispensing process, both point and line dispensing can thus be evaluated.
As a result of the to communication via I/O interface, one to four reference data sets can be selected before each measurement data recording. This feature saves time and ensures product safety in the event of a component change.
Extensive quality assurance
The measurement data can be stored on a USB stick and retrieved from a higher-level controller via LAN. In this manner, the data can be evaluated and stored centrally.
The intuitive user interface can be switched between German and English to enable international use.
