The eco-DUOMIX450 2k precision dispenser enables the mixing and volumetric dispensing of very small quantities of two-component fluids and pastes via disposable active mixing capsules.
For each component the controlled revolution of the rotor gently conveys liquids as well as viscous pastes in the self-sealing stator to the desired mixing ratio in the actively mixing capsule.
The preeflow® eco-DUOMIX is the recommended dispensing system for all viscous 2-component materials that are difficult to mix. The mixing capsule with optimised dead volume can be exchanged as a consumable and is inserted directly at the dispenser outlet. In the capsule, the motor-driven mixer ensures optimum mixing even of components that are difficult to process, even with small volumes. Without any need for a mixing tube, even the smallest beads are precisely applied directly from the mixing capsule via the dispensing needle - easy to change.
