The spray valve Model SV-1000SS has been specially developed for spraying of low to medium viscosity materials to produce round spray patterns. The very good adjustment options guarantee a fine spraying operation. Control unit model VC1260 can be programmed to independently control the two pneumatic “signals” to control the valve – one to atomize the material and the second the control the opening duration of the valve. With the short stroke, the valve responds quickly. With the adjusting screw, the opening gap can be easily adjusted. The sprayed material is atomized via the separate spray air channel. The slim design allows installation in automated lines and with high equipment density.

Mode of operation:
The valve is adjustable by turning the stroke-adjust control at the rear of the valve. This will tune the spray pattern. Coating and flow rates are controlled with the fluid pressure, needle stroke, distance from the valve to the work surface and the duration that the valve is open.
