The spray valve Model SV-2000 can spray very small amounts of low and medium viscosity fluids in a uniform and controlled manner. The material, which is stored in a barrel, cartridge or a pressure vessel, is fed to the valve directly from the material container via a tube. With the appropriate VC1200 series control unit, the valve is pneumatically operated. Using the features of the control unit, the “pre” and “post” spray time, as well as the actual spraying time can be set separately. The “pre” and “post” spray set times are used for cleaning the spray nozzle in order to achieve uniform and repeatable dispensing results. The different versions of the spray valve models SV-2001N and SV-2003N allow different spray patterns.
