The USB camera is used for easy programming support with an XYZ dispensing robot / axis system of the VR3000/JC-3 series.
In combination with the associated Windows programming software JR-C Points 2 (Art.-No.: 505880) the programming, robot movement and optimization of the dispensing process can be done easily and directly on a PC or laptop.
Especially for contactless dispensing, e.g. with the DV-6110 Jet Valve (Art.-No.: 504885), the USB Teaching Camera is an indispensable facilitation, since no visual programming via the needle tip is possible. But also for standard contact dosing via a dosing needle, the USB teaching camera offers a significant simplification and quality improvement.
With the 25mm lens already included in the scope of delivery - as well as various distance rings (5/10mm) - the setup can be adapted to the respective
application accordingly.
