Description:

The 2K mixing and dosing equipment Dosamix delivers small quantities. The production speed can be set in a wide range via an actuator. Conveying principle is two piston pumps that are powered in parallel by an actuator. The pumps form a unit (mixing block) that can be separated from the drive. This makes a change in material easier. The equipment comes standard with 2 x 360 cc cartridge containers. Optional are also 1 litre, 2 litre, 4 litre etc. containers. The container covers always have seals so that air dehumidification cartridges can be attached especially for processing of PU. The outlet valve can optionally be mounted up to 1 meter material lines away from the pump. The system can then also be used on XYZ systems.
Mode of operation:
Both components are conveyed resin and curing agent via a piston pump unit (mixing block). The mixing ratio is specified by the diameter of the two pistons and is therefore calculated beforehand. Piston diameters of 2.5 to 10 mm can be implemented. The piston unit is powered via an actuator. Resin and curing agent are separately conveyed to the active mixing valve and subsequently mixed via a static mixing tube.
