Description:

The squeeze valve 710-PTNM is pneumatically controlled and is particularly suited for abrasive and two component media in the low to high viscosity range. Since no part of the valve aside from the squeeze tube comes in contact with the material, the squeeze tube can be easily and cost-efficiently exchanged if the material were to harden. This tube also comes in 2 inner diameters of 1.8mm and 2.5mm
Mode of operation:]
The squeeze tube is closed via a piston using spring force. The dosing valve is opened with compressed air which moves the pistons against the spring force. The flow volume can be varied via a setscrew. To change the tubes, the knurled cap is simply unscrewed. The tube can easily be exchanged and a new one can be inserted again.
