Description:

The manual squeeze valve 700-PTPCW is ideally suited for the manual application of lines, dosing points or filling of low viscosity fluids such as solvents, oil, grease, and cyanoacrylate. The squeeze tube is the only part that comes in contact with the medium in the process. If contaminated, it can be exchanged very easily. The tube comes in 2 inner diameters: 1.8mm and 2.5mm.
Mode of operation:
The manual squeeze valve is closed in the idle state. A piston closes the squeeze tube via spring force. By activating the hand lever, the pistons are released from the squeeze tube and the valve is opened. The stroke of the hand lever can be set via a small setscrew. So a fine adjustment of the opening gap is possible. The tube can easily be exchanged and a new one can be inserted again.
