Volumetric dosing with preeflow®

preeflow® made by Viscotec, a specialist for dosing equipment, has developed a new dispenser system series. preeflow® makes it possible to dose a variety of media using only one doser. Considerable product savings can be realized in the future with a dosing accuracy of +/- 1% and repetition accuracy of >99%.
 
You can bead or rope dose oils, greases, sealants, adhesives, silicones or abrasive media, by volume, independent of temperature, pressure and viscosity.  The control of the precision volume doser is controlled by microprocessor. The simplest, intuitive operation on the graphics-support display is possible.
Dosing pressures of 16 to 20bar can be achieved.
The reversible conveyor direction of preeflow® enables a clean, controlled material or media stop without dripping.
